Objects and Reasons
The objects and reasons of this Bill is to abolish the Court of Magistrates (Gozo) sitting in its superior jurisdiction and to extend the jurisdiction of the Civil Court, First Hall, the Civil Court (Family Section) and the Civil Court (Voluntary Jurisdiction Section) to the Islands of Gozo and Comino.
