The objects and reasons of this Bill are to introduce procedural amendments with a view of having a more efficient Tribunal, which include: increasing the members’ term to ten years, allowing the Tribunal to deliver preliminary decisions where pleas of preliminary nature are raised including addressing pleas of nullity, and to indicate the Registry’s opening hours.
