An act to make provision for the establishment of the Agency for Infrastructure Malta and to regulate such activities and provide for matters ancillary or incidental thereto or connected therewith. A legal framework to enact the Agency for Infrastructure Malta entitled to perform any functions however so described relating to the design, construction, repair, maintenance and operation of infrastructural projects including the setup and implementation of strategies and policies related thereto.
