Objects and Reasons

The objects and reasons of this Bill are to provide clarification on the parameters that shall apply in the Criminal Code (Cap. 9) to circumstances of necessity in which a medical intervention is required in order to protect the life and health of a pregnant woman suffering from a medical complication.
