Objects and Reasons
The objects and reasons of this Bill are to provide for the formal and immediate establishment of the Committee for the Recommendation of Measures for the Protection of Journalists, other Media Actors and Persons in Public Life for the purpose of further strengthening the measures already taken for the protection of society and of the democratic way of life and for the safeguard of the rule of law.
