Bill No. 14 - Engineering Profession Bill
Objects and Reasons
The Bill makes provisions for regulating the engineering profession, introducing a common practice and ensuring a higher degree of professional integrity. It provides also for an indemnity insurance cover by members of the engineering profession and the protection of the general public.
