Objects and Reasons

The main objects of this Bill are to widen the scope of Part VI of the Cultural Heritage Act, by the introduction of amendments relating to other persons, besides the ones already regulated by the Act, who may be registered and recognized as providing services in the field of conservation and restoration of the cultural heritage.
