Objects and Reasons
The objects of this Bill are to regulate the Legal Profession in Malta, regulating the activities which may be provided by advocates, by members of related professions and by members of the legal profession registered in other Members States; the Bill also provides, inter alia, for the establishment of the Roll, qualifications for admission to practice and rules of conduct.
