Objects and Reasons
The objects and reasons of this Bill are to amend various laws relating to communications sectors enforced by the Malta Communications Authority, to implement Directive (EU) 2018/1972 establishing the European Electronic Communications Code and to address other matters concerning other sectors regulated by the aforesaid Authority.
