Objects and Reasons
The objects and reasons of this Bill are to make provision for the possibility of civil actions based on claims alleging discrimination on the basis of disability in respect of the substantive
Articles of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, as well as to provide for other matters in respect of the implementation of the said Convention.
