Objects and Reasons
The objects and reasons of this Bill are to provide for the establishment of EquestriMalta, to support the development and implementation of the guiding principles described in this Act and to promote consistent principles to defend the integrity and prestige of such racing and to provide for regulatory functions and related matters.
