Objects and Reasons
The objects and reasons of this Bill is to provide the necessary legal framework to facilitate oocyte and sperm distribution and to increase the opportunity for more individuals to have a successful IVF outcome. Also to provide the necessary legal framework to facilitate embryo adoption for the prospective parent or parents.
