Objects and Reasons
The objects and reasons of this Bill are to establish the Commercial Court as a court separate from the Civil Court, First Hall and to grant the Commercial Court jurisdiction to hear cases of a commercial
nature or related to commerce, including cases related to intellectual property rights and to merchant shipping as provided in this Bill and as may also be provided by regulations made in pursuance of this Act.
