Bill No. 177 - Special Adjournment of Causes Bill
Objects and Reasons
The Object of this Bill is to adjourn all causes which were due for hearing on or after January 3, 1981, to a fixed date and to provide that on that date the Court shall so re-arrange the lists of those causes as will enable it fully to comply with the new laws procedure.
