The Object of this Bill is to amend the Land Acquisition (Public Purposes) Ordinance so that it shall not be compulsor) that one of the members of the Land Arbitration Board shall be an Architect and Civil Engineer in the employment of the Government.

The Bill further seeks to remove the necessity for the technical members of the said Board to take the oath of office at every sitting of the said Board.
