Bill No. 186 - Government Lotteries Bill
Objects and Reasons
The Object of this Bill is to implement the proposed new lottery system as announced in the Budget Speech for 1981. Such new system will allow for a weekly lottery and two six-monthly lotteries in June and December of each year.
