Objects and Reasons

The Object of this Bill is to amend the Excise Duty (Crown Corks and Nonalcoholic Concentrates) Ordinance, 1961, so as to enable the Comptroller of Customs to allow the sale of artificial spa water in bottles not exceeding one litre in capacity.
