Objects and Reasons
The Object of the Bill is mainly to give effect to certain provisions of the agreement reached between the Government and MAM - The Medical Union- in respect of the grant of licenses to practise the medical profession in Malta and the repeal of certain provisions in the law relating to the medical dispute which started in 1977.
