Objects and Reasons
The Object of the Bill is to repeal the Transfer of Immovables (Regulation) Act, 1982, with safeguards to the validity of all transfers effected while that Act was in force and to the term of validity of preliminary agreements in respect of which permission under that Act was applied for or contemplated.
