Objects and Reasons
Tħe objects and reasons of the Bill are mainly to enable the Police to carry out tests for the concentration of alcohol or drugs in the breath, urine or blood of persons suspected of driving, attempting to drive or being in charge of a vehicle while being unfit to drive due to drink or drugs.
