Objects and Reasons
The objects and reasons of this Bill are to amend the Act to introduce the right of a psychotherapist to practise the profession through a legal person or to form a legal person with any other person who is not a psychotherapist, to practise the profession of psychotherapy, even if not exclusively. This Bill also seeks to ensure compliance of the Act with Directive 2005/36/EC, as amended by Directive 2013/55/EU.
