Objects and Reasons

The Object of the Bill is to, limit the effect of certain provisions of the Local Loans (Registered Stock and Securities) Ordinance regarding the registration of stocks and debentures and the issue of stock certificates for issues of Government registered stock and securities which have obtained a listing from the Malta Stock Exchange.
