ii) the  informal meeting of the Council of Ministers for Foreign Affairs (Gymnich) held in Vilnius, Lithuania, on 6 and 7 September 2013

iii)  the meeting of 16 September 2013 held in Brussels on Somalia; and

iv)  the report of the Council for Maltese living Abroad for the period September 2012 to February 2013 in accordance with of Article 7 (2) of the Council for Maltese Living Abroad Act (Cap. 515).
