Objects and Reasons
The Object of this Bill is to make a comprehensive provision for the prevention and control of the pollution of the sea, including in particular the territorial and internal waters of Malta. The Bill would enable the Government to accede to all the major international Conventions relating to the pollution of the sea and the protection of the marine environment.
