Objects and Reasons

The main purpose of the Bill is to amend the Public Lotto Ordinance in such way that the public lotto may be computerized. The opportunity has been taken to make other minor amendments particularly in respect of prizes in public lotteries and tombolas that remain unawarded or unclaimed.
