Grievance
Evans Building is located next to the Sacred Infirmary, known as the Mediterranean House Of Conference. We suggest that instead of a Hotel or other possibilities, this Public Property should be converted into a Multi-Functional Clinic for the benefit of the entire community and visitors. The building and its location are ideal in case children from the adjacent Primary School end up injured or if they suffer from serious conditions. (Asthma, Epilepsy, Allergies, AEC..etc). Accessing this proposed Clinic is a strategic one, easy for everyone to find since it is located at the city's ring road, as well as due to its size it can easily house substantial numbers of medical assistance, units & services.

The layout;
Five Drop-Off Parkings
Five Stand-By Parkings
Local Ambulance Garage - there’s already an existing unit on the right side of the building. The intention of a local ambulance can benefit in shortening the waiting time for any patient instead of having to wait an increased time frame for an ambulance to arrive from outside the city. This ambulance could be made to serve neighboring localities as well.

Units and Services:
Oncology, Ophthalmic, Blood works & Warfarin, Cardiac, Diabetes, I.B.S, X-Rays, ECG, Fibromyalgia, GP Home Visits & Walk-ins with extended 24 hours, Gynaecology, Mental Health Services, Physiotherapy, Treatments, Orthopaedic, Chiropractor, POYC & Prescription, Podiatry, Oxygen, School Health Services, Basic Emergency Unit, Speech, Sports and Exercise Medicine, Burns & Wound Unit…etc etc

Part of the Building can be used for medical and emergency purposes, the other part can be used as a Child Care Center. The four offices opened within the Local Council are suggested to serve as a “One Stop Shop” for Community use through the introduction of Micro-Units: for ID Cards, Arms, Enemalta, Public Registry, Counseling; Social Workers, Social Services, Payment of all types of Government and non-Government bills, Election Post so that the school will no longer be used for this purpose

Wherefore I/we respectfully request the House of Representatives to
We appeal for the full collaboration and support of the House of Representatives, followed by that of the State, Local Council and every connected Entity regarding these projects and decisions. Thank you; VallettaResidents

Closing remarks
How much are we residents valued by those that were elected to represent us and our interests? We've constantly delivered this message to be taken into consideration. We had expressed our disappointment and addressed the lack of projects that have the capacity to bring dignity and care to us residents, yet, no administration has ever come forward. In many localities around Malta and Gozo, investments are made by the State for the residents, the Valletta Residents seem to be excluded from this aspect. Are we second-class citizens in our own locality, especially when compared to other localities where the State, their Council, and their District Members keep insisting, supporting, and creating various projects towards their respective residents?
