Objects and Reasons
The objects and reasons of this Bill are to introduce the power of the Minister to make regulations in order to make it possible for criminal judicial acts to be filed electronically. The Bill also provides for the power by which the Minister may make regulations to enable notifications to be made electronically as well as to keep criminal Court proceedings electronically.
