Objects and Reasons
The objects and reasons of this Bill are to amend relevant provisions of the Persons within the Autism Spectrum (Empowerment) Act (Cap. 557), for a stronger legal basis for implementing and monitoring ‘Respecting Diversity - Safeguarding Equity', Malta’s 2021 - 2030 National Autism Strategy, and to provide for other ancillary or consequential matters
