The objects and reasons of this Bill is to provide for matters related to the organisations registered by the Authority on the Responsible Use of Cannabis, to provide for added safeguards with regard to minors under the age of eighteen (18) years of age in relation to the operations and cannabis distributed by the said registered organisations, to provide that offences in relation to the operations and administrations of the organisation registered by ARUC are tried and enforceable before a Court of Magistrates rather than a Commissioner for Justice as well as to better define the definition of cannabis.
