Objects and Reasons
The objects and reasons for this Bill are to consider consumer associations eligible to file complaints before the Arbiter for Financial Services and to also bring the Arbiter for Financial Services Act (Cap. 555) in line with the provisions of Directive (EU) 2016/97.
