Objects and Reasons
The objects and reasons of this Bill are to change the title of the Act, change all references to the Commissioner for Revenue and to the Office of the Commissioner for Revenue to include Customs, and to establish a Board of Governors to ensure high-level monitoring of the administration of the Revenue Acts.
