Some 45 delegates from the member states of the European Association of Former Members of Parliament of the Member States of the Council of Europe,together with representatives of the Former Members’ Association of the European Parliament, participate at this biennial Colloquy themed Support of Democratic Transition Processes in the Southern Mediterranean and in the Middle East.
