Objects and Reasons
The main objects of the Bill is to provide for the setting up of a regulatory authority for the purposes of telecommunications, to repeal the Telemalta Corporation Act and to provide for the transfer of the business activities of Telemalta Corporation to a company designated in accordance with the provisions of the Bill.
